Our story
At Anything Grows - Richland, our passion for gardening blossoms with every seed we sell and every plant we nurture. We are dedicated to fostering a vibrant gardening community, offering expert advice and the finest selection of products to help your garden thrive. Come and grow with us! The store started with a dream and a whole lot of work from former owner, Bobbi Jo Floyd! Without her vision of what could be, our dream of owning a plant/grow store would have stayed just a dream.
Our new home
We are thrilled to welcome you to our new location, just down the road from the old store, in Richland, Washington! Our new space allows us to offer an even wider array of gardening essentials. Visit us and experience the difference our bigger, brighter store makes for your gardening journey.

At Anything Grows, we seek to empower growers of all knowledge levels, skillsets, and abilities to be able to go forth and grow with confidence. We strive to be the place you look to for answers to your questions and leave feeling secure that your planty journey will blossom no matter what you grow! In turn we love to learn from you and share in your gardening journey, whatever it is you grow. We are here to help YOU grow!
About the New Owners
Stacey and Spain Abney have been active members of the Tri-Cities community for the past 20+ years. They raised their family here, made close friends here, work here, etc.
Stacey has always been a passionate gardener, nature lover, and biophile having been raised in Western Washington. In 2024, she earned her Washington State University Extension Master Gardener Certificate and has volunteered hundreds of hours to the program over the past three years.
Spain honorably served his country in the US Navy for twelve years prior to moving to West Richland with his family. Spain is an alumn of Leadership Tri-Cities, Class XX (best class ever), teaches martial arts at Richland Dojo, and is currently an intern WSU Extension Master Gardener. In his spare time you find Spain riding his motorcycle on any curvy road, paved or not, he can find!
Dedication
Without the love and consistent support of Stacey's mom, Sheridan Holman, this crazy journey would have been nothing more than a dream. Sheridan has been Stacey and Spain's biggest champion and cheerleader since they married in 1999. She has been there for every big and every small moment. Thank you Mom, we love you, to the moon and back!
Stacey's Dad, Steve, passed away in 2016. He is sorely missed by his family and his memory is in everything we do. His dedication to family and being an all around good human is our guiding light. Our LLC name, Soil, Field, & Hearth, come from the initials of his name.
